For orders outside Australia
All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Please contact us so that we can calculate freight costs to your country.
Then, if you want to proceed with the purchase, we can organise it.
Payment is by direct deposit, Mastercard, Visa Card or Paypal.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
By purchasing online from SAIYON you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, and the cost of delivery.
When an order is placed, confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped after 24 hours. If for an unforeseen reason we cannot ship within the parameters set out, we will advise of an expected delivery date. If this is unsuitable, we will cancel or refund the order in full.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
HOW TO APPLY
Please use these steps to secure your refund
1. Email; admin@saiyon.com.au
2. In the email, specify the product purchased and provide an explanation
for your return of the item purchased.
3. Supply a copy of the purchase receipt as an attachment to the email.
REFUND TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A refund can only be applied for via email.
2. Application for refund:

must be fully completed and lodged via email
-
sign and return with product and receipt
-
will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect.
3. Proof of purchase (original store receipt with item circled) must be returned.
4. Refund must be applied within 7 days after receipt of goods.
5. The goods purchased must be returned to our physical address
supplied in our return email to your application for a refund.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by you, the purchaser.
6. Refund Payments will be made:

for the amount of the goods on the original purchase receipt
or RRP, whichever is less. -
by a refund to the same account by which the goods where purchased; Visa, Mastercard or EFT to an Australian or New Zealand Bank account only.

no cheques or other forms of refund will be used

within 7 days of receipt of application form
and purchase receipt and return of goods. -
shipping costs will not be refunded.
7. SAIYON reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate, an abuse of the Return of Goods Terms, where goods have
been used or damaged or are the subject of a fraud.

without prior notice.
